The National have shared more details about their forthcoming album, Sleep Well Beast, out September 8 via 4AD. See the full tracklist and cover art below. They’ve also shared their new song “The System Only Dreams in Total Darkness” and announced a world tour. The band recorded their seventh studio album at Aaron Dessner’s Long Pond studio in Hudson Valley, New York, as well as in other locations like Los Angeles, Paris, and Berlin. He also produced the album with additional production from Matt Berninger and Bryce Dessner. The band organized a massive Grateful Dead compilation last year and released a collaborative album with Icelandic artist Ragnar Kjartansson, A Lot of Sorrow, in 2015. Their last studio album, Trouble Will Find Me, came out in 2013.

The National will perform at this year’s Pitchfork Music Festival Paris, which takes place November 2-4 at La Grande Halle de La Villette. They will also curate one day of the event.
